Help!! Rain isn't letting us cancel our subscription!!!
So Rain promised to cancel our subscription and simcard as soon as we got fibre internet. There was no other way of cancelling the subscription with our Takealot simcard for Rain.
Rain were very responsive until now, but now that the time has come to cancel our subscription they have disappeared and are suddenly not responding anymore. So now we are paying double for our internet!
Please help!!

Thanks for your response. The previous Rain consultant couldn't find my email address (because I got the simcard through Takealot and Takealot Rica'd it) but he said he can use my ID number to cancel my subscription. My ID number is: *** 083
