Help port Telkom 011 sim to Rain network

Struggling to port a Telkom 011 sim to the RAIN network, with over 50 calls and chats with the local and Indian call center I cannot be helped :/

Who can assist else I need to cancel the deal I signed up for being told I cano port an 011 nubmer
