Help please!!!!

There is no assistance. I bought a sim from takealot last week and it was delivered from an unknown courier company that is subcontracted under fast and furious couriers. No proof of residence or ID copy was asked for it to be RICA. I tried contacting Rain to no avail and I'm still struggling to register and activate the sim. I also paid R479 for the month to month unlimited data package and there is no option to upload my ID copy and proof of residence.
