Help no internet access

I'm disappointed. I signed up with Rain 5G. Received the router on 17 Jan 2023. I have excellent signal but no internet access. With loadshedding it's only got worse. I can't reset this router all the time. If I do reset the router takes hours before I finally are online . This is not working for me. Can you recommend something else that will work better. As I'm writing this review I'm using my mobile data as this Rain router has no internet access. I mean, what am I paying for?
