Help me to get my refund nd stop rain to deduct on my account

I have apply rain rounter paying R519 ,and the took R519 once in my account so I complain to the that the router it doesn't allow me to connect with other employees at my work they must cancel the router, it has been 3 months calling them and says they must cancel the router. They always going into my account nd deducted my money ,so last week they took R519 into my account without giving m data after one day they went back to my account to deduct nd say im owing them i only use they data once nd they deducted it R519 please help to get my refund nd cancel the router
