How? Cz when I log in it doesn’t say I’m outstanding.
Also I did not pay end of March or beginning of April because I was going goi Away for the whole month. I only paid recently cz I’m back home, I made an eft pmt using a click on your website as usual… wifi was back on till the beginning of May.
I’m assuming since I paid before the first I’ve been made to pay for April. The lady I spoke to said I have been using the wifi in April, how while I was home?? I’ve used it only from the 26th immediately after paying and In my mind I’m paying for The rest of May.
I just don’t understand how this works

Do you want me to attach a POP to prove myself? And how am I due for April? This isn’t a contract you said when I signed up. How am I due for wifi I didn’t use? This just doesn’t add up

All I’m saying I was NOT at home in April hence I did not pay, only got back on the 26th so I paid. You said I pay as I use. I didn’t use the wifi in April I was not at home. How am I owing for April?

I was supposed to pay 1st of April for March, so the 499 paid end of April was for March right? Ok in April I needed no wifi, how am I owing April?
