HELP!!!! Losing business!
What on Earth is going on????? We have had terrible connectivity over the last three days. I am SO behind on work and losing new work that comes in. I tried several times to phone the call centre but no one answers AND the email I sent was returned! If I do not get connection tomorrow I am cancelling my contract and going to fibre!
