Hellopeter is the only way to get ahold of Rain Support
I have had good service from Rain for about a year. Suddenly the service has become so bad that I can't work from home anymore. I upgraded to 5G hoping that would help and that is just as bad if not even worse. I enquired for the 5G premium and the next moment they just upgrade my account without bringing me the new router or contacting me or anything. I have created literally 5 support tickets without any response.
It is funny how everyone uses hellopeter to connect with the Rain Support. Shows you how great their service is. You guys better contact me TODAY or I cancel everything.
