Hello - yesterday I spoke to sejal birje after getting my rain router. I called enquiring about my router not connecting. He said I must wait 2 to 24hrs . All he wanted me to do was to rate him without assistance. Today I call again , the lady noticed the router isn't èven cleared yet its still under delivery. But rain is quick on taking money but no service. Am disappointed 😞. Zisipho really helped now and explained that she will escalate the matter .This sejal guy is such a disappointment.

Thank you again for the speedy response and continuous assistance. My kids are happy now that the Sim cards are working. I can't wait for the router to start working. Much appreciated your help.
