Hell or high water (Rain)

My debit order date is the 25th of every month. I paid my account on the 22nd and today the disconnected my service. I qas advised to emaol the proof of payment and I did but no one rep**** to my email or provided an explanation as to what's going on. I have been a customer for more than 2 years and I'm really disappointed.
