Held to ransom by refusing to cancel account

I would like to ask why am i being debited for an account that should have been closed already. I deactivated this sim on the same day i got it due to poor signal and i was debited in July 2020 of which i was eventually refunded the full amount as this account was never used and was cancelled. The ref is #***. I would like ask for the refund for the R250 which I am being billed now as i was assured by Gareth Anthony who processed the previous refund to say my account has been removed from the system and I will not be debited going forward and this happens. It is not fair to be held to ransom just because you have my banking details. Can you please refund my money and delete all my details as i do not want anything to do with RAIN ever again.......
