Heartless ******** who don't even show any remorse *****ing from poor citizens

So it doesn't really bother you guys to keep ignoring our complaints and keeping on ******** people about services that you know very well that you wont deliver after taking their money. I'm so hurt because my kids go back to school and wont be able to access the smart app whereas as a parent I did my best only to be ********** by you guys. You show no remorse whatsoever, not even an apology or a little acknowledgement, all you care about is ******** people of their hard earned money and move on gracefully as if you didn't destroy our lives
