Headache, terrible

The black Friday R1 deal is their idea of ******** people. I opted for it and was charged less than 5 days after that, when I tried to contact them, no one explained. Now they sent me an email accusing me of owing money and reversing payments, which is untrue. It doesn't matter how many times you try to contact them, they are not interested in assisting.
