Having issues with the people from Rain and it is really frustrating me when I paid

Having issues with the people from Rain and it is really frustrating me when I paid. They came back to me to provide proof of payment provided them with proof but still I'm disconnected, my internet was never restored. How do I get my refund back because they not helping me, their system issues my issue. Please Peter help.
