Have been billed twice by rain
They claim that they do do contracts to their customers and to my surprise today I was billed for September when I didn't have the internet. I could not afford to pay for September and Rain suspended my internet. But today I was billed for September and October how so. Please Rain kindly reverse the Money for September. This is so *********.
