Harassment by Rain
I now feel harassed by Rain and NuDebt and Rain is the cause of all this harassment.
2 months ago rain claimed that I owe them for an account that I know it was closed in 2022. It was an up and down here on this platform and we ended up having an agreement that I will pay a certain fee.
I paid the fee and they said that the account is now closed, I asked for a paid up letter they **** and said they've sent it into my email which they've never done, I've never received the letter or any document from rain.
This morning I received a call from NuDebt saying that I have outstanding fees, I explained my situation to the NuDebt lady on the phone she said rain never closed the account and on their side I'm still expected to pay.
No one at rain is taking my calls and I've asked to be called back but nobody called me till date. I would appreciate it if I can receive the letter and for rain to update NuDebt to stop calling me.

Okay I totally understand, I believe that an email can always be rewritten and resent . My point is that I have never received the email and I need the letter and give updates to NuDebt so that they stop calling me.
I need the letter please make means to send the letter to me and update NuDebt about the developments of this matter, so that the harassment I always receive from this side can stop.
This matter has gone far too long now please do the right things to stop this. On my side I have tried to explain to the NuDebt consultant but they keep on saying that what I'm trying to explain has no value they will keep on calling me , only an update from your side can tell them what to do.
