Harassed by Rain’s debt collectors

I have been receiving annoying calls from Easton-Berry attorney firm regarding lawyer fees that I apparently owe them. I received a letter from rain 24 October 2024 stating that I will be handed over if no payment is made. I made the payment the following day and now I apparently owe lawyer fees?! I was not even previously informed on the matter nor was I given notice, but I was handed over the same day the letter was sent?

This is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. You guys are going to ruin my credit score for a month-to-month service.
