Harassed!!

when i took out a Wi-fi connection with rain the sales consultant , explained that the connection IT IS NOT A CONTACT however a month to month , and did not know that I am supposed to cancel if I don’t want the service no more , they however said that if i don’t pay there won’t be DATA to use , that was my understanding hence when I did not want to use their service i just stopped paying and they stopped providing the service , 4 months later I get an email from a third party company saying that I am owing rain , I acknowledged because they said I was suppose to cancel and the sales consultant did not mention, NOW I am saying the account and I keep getting extra amounts , different amounts, harassing me . I believe there is **** going on involving rain and their third-party company. Mind you rain did not even try to contact me , they just handed my personal details without my permission.
