A friendly Consultant result to a happy customer, If it wasn't for Evan's Moagi i was not going to write this message. Evan's Moagi there was nothing random about your acts of kindness. Thank you for all you have done.I can never thank you enough. But this is a start after the bad experience I have with rain and where I was telling myself I'm cancelling my contract. I app**** on 2nd of June and never get any call or any messages indicating when I will receive the card, I sent the complaint on the 14th of June still no response, then tons of complain with no luck then I decided to cancel the contact until Evan's Moagi called me on the 13 of July. A very friendly calming voice where I was angry and shouting at him telling him the *********** company his working for and he was calm and what make me ecstatic was the efficiency in solving my query. He promised me that I will get my sim same week I even told him his lying , suprisingly the following day in the morning i received the call to say the courier company is on my way to deliver my card where as it took the whole two months not receiving. And he even went an extra mile to ensure the delivery guy gets on time to my place and walla my sim card also activated. His a super star and he kept on doing a follow up on everything after the initial call on the 13th. Rain with poor service they have they need to have more consultant like Evan's Moagi. I salute you sir you definately born for this keep on delivering the best customer service for your best deeds it will take you far. I thank you ,you honestly deserve an award for two month query to be resolved in 2days with all the escalation you had to make.thanks again
