A speed test was conducted on Rain's 5G devices.The results are Wow!!!!!

Equipments used: Dell Optiplex 960 desktop computer with Wifi 4 network card, (802.11n standard) Cat5e ethernet cable connected directectly to the PC ethernt port Rain's Dual Band 5G router with 5G green light indicator on.

Results:Ookla Speed test was app**** and the results are Wow!!:They are not lying when they say it is 5G.There is no buffering. The maximum speed enjoyed was 226Mbps download and upload at 55Mbps.See the screenshot in the link below:

Areas of improvemnt:The upload speed should be symetrical to download speed. Asign one(1) or two(2) stattic IP address to the device to enable the custmers to do self hosting services such as webhosting,camera port forwarding etc. The speed drops signifcantly during loadsheding which is nromal.However,Rain has backupequipment in its towers as observed. Recomendations: I highly recommend Rains services and product at 99% confidence. It is fast and affordable You do not need to have 5G devices or throw away old equipment/devices They provide trouble shooting once they obrseve their device is off the network.Rain call the customer and check if everything after the device is delivered. THEY DO NOT SUBJECT CUSTOMERS TO STRICT,STRINGENT CREDIT VETTING AND CONTRACTS. The coverage is growing rapidly than the fiber roll out. It is highly probable that the speed will improve to 1Gbps per customer.
