Handing over canceled accounts to lawyers!

I don't know what you're trying to do, but you cannot hand people over to laywers for a month-to-month contract that they canceled months, if not a year, ago already. My niece has complained before about this same issue and you sorted it out just to start again with this laywer nonsense! When people cancel their contracts, it means they dont pay you anymore! I suggest you contact my niece immediately to sort this out permanently or I will help her open a case with the ombudsman.
