Handed over for What
I'm so disgusted and Fed up with Rain. I cancelled the prepaid rain sim card in 2020 and I haven't had connection since then but they keep on demanding the money saying I owe them. I paid them in April as they said I owe R250 for the last month of use in 2020 now I get a call saying they handed me over, for ****ING what????????? When their customer service agent called me to confirm cancellation and that I don't owe anything.
Can they sort all this **** up or else I'll take this further?
