How can you ask for full payment then you keep your customers waiting for RICA? I did everything as per your instruction but nothing happened and my SIM not getting RICA yet. During this lockdown, every hour counts. I need a refund for my R479. If you can't get with the demand right now then rather stop fooling the people. The RICA step must be BEFORE the payment not after.
