Hail Rain! You just causing me a permanent issue and damage.

Shocking not stable - networks a mess - OSPF, routing and prioritization broken keep bouncing to towers far away.

Also your R400 Credit is a slap in the face, especially wrt the longevity of the issue. You will have to seriously review this - Its totally disgusting and ridiculous. The amount of proof we have that your service is in sufficient and we are paying a premium. I think you seriously have to rethink your strategies. I am also now at the point of going to lodge complaint with NCC. We will also already be a loggerheads and I will have too immediately approach the ombuds man. So please get your act in order.

I am yet to speak to anyone senior to answer the above. This is now not about the network. I am paying you. I will continue to pay. I am in legal terms In the right space. I will now follow every recourse to get justice.
NO more promises no more talking - Actions will speak louder than words.

We have given you more than ample opportunity to rectify the issue.

MY next response already waiting. So are my Complaints to the NCC and ICASA detailing every little aspect of what we have experienced.

Please provide a time as to when this issue will be resolved.
