Had problems on Friday

Had problems on Friday. Was going to call back on Monday as problem was not resolved, not an urgent problem that's why could wait until Monday, got a call from Edwin today as he noticed my problem was not resolved. I received excellent service from him, the thoughts I had about cancelling no longer exist. Problem solved within less than 10 minutes. Edwin is really an asset to the company we need more Edwins who walk the Extra mile for his Clients. Well done. 👍🏻 Carol
