Had no network for the past three days ,I called them several times trying to fix the problem but nothing was done

Had no network for the past three days ,I called them several times trying to fix the problem but nothing was done.The last person I spoke too was Abishek who did the setting ,it worked for 2minutes after that it was gone again,it left me with no choice but to cancel it.very bad experience ,according to me I rate them zero.
