Had a problem with internet connection

Had a problem with internet connection. Called support and got through to Sinazo but struggling to hear her, she then asked me to hang and she called me back. She then told me the tower I was conneted to was too far and she was going to help me connect to a nearby one. As she was talking me through the process we got disconnected twice and eac time she called back. She made sure that by the end of the call my service was working fine.
