Gretchen Francis keep it up

Trust all is well. I had so many problem with my rain for almost a month. No body could even help me then came along one excellent call Centre agent Gretchen Francis which I explained to her yet I was a customer that was running out of patients with rains service but thanks to Gretchen Francis & the awesome out going to keep her customers happy did the next step & her assistance was out Rangers she help me & sorted my issued out & my account started work. Rain need more of her kind to work for them she is a problem solver not just working to get a salary at the end of the month...
