Rain is the worst internet provider on earth. The fist three months with them I didn’t have a hassle. The the SIM card couldn’t be read on any devise. Meanwhile they are deducting 470 in my account.

Did I mention that you cannot reverse their debut order? Yes, their debit order works like AEDO, you cannot reverse it and so is your bank. To stop them I had to deactivate my online shopping option.

Back to those ****** that is Rain: ps there is no direct contact for them other than email address which doesn’t really resolve your issue. I sent them 15 emails within the space of a week and still my issue hasn’t been resolved. I’m getting is that they have rebooted the sim on their side.

Finally when my device could read the sim, I could only use it for two hours during the day. Meanwhile the option I opted for was for unlimited. If you think Telekom is *******, wait until you switch to rain. At least with Telekom you will get a customer service.

As for a refund nonsense from rain, that’s a pure lie. Eventually when I requested for my refund I was sent from Pilar to post...and I never received it.
