Greedy Rain Hyenas

Please people make these RAIN HYENAS famous..post comments in everything Facebook or watsapp group U know or think of..these complaints will not matter much..U need to hit them where it matters..their pockets so people will not open accounts with them..you might be a single person..but when U post in a Facebook group of 10 000 each day..just for 5 days..they will start feeling..It's how U can fight back..these person FATTIMA..is she a robot or wat..the answers U can see is copy and paste..I stay 1kfrom these HYENAS cell tower..I activated my account today for unlimited 4G..it's just a waste of time and money.. Basically they want the poor guy or lady to subsidize them..when their target is the rich folks..I would not be surprised to hear that they optimise their network speeds for the benefit of high end clients only.. leaving the lower dry and sucked..WE NEED TO FIGHT BACK.. spread the message on Ur social media groups..make this RAIN FAMOUS..they should be an example to every greedy corporate and a case study..START THE MOVEMENT

COMPLAINTS AGAINST TELECOMMUNICATIONS SERVICE PROVIDERS Quality-of-service complaints, such as complaints about network coverage; dropped calls; line installation, activation, transfer and suspension; ADSL; mobile-number portability or suspension of service Complaints about the billing of data services, voice services and international roaming COMPLAINTS AGAINST PROVIDERS OF TELECOMMUNICATIONS AND POSTAL SERVICES You must first lodge a complaint with your service provider and get a reference number for your complaint (it's very important to make sure the service provider issues you with a reference number) Allow the service provider 14 working days to resolve the complaint You may only refer your complaint to ICASA after completing the above process and only if the service provider does not resolve your complaint within 14 working days or if the response from the service provider is not satisfactory Complaints must be in writing and can be lodged directly on the ICASA website or a complaints form can be completed and emailed to *** or faxed to *** Complaints may also be sent via post or lodged by simply walking into any ICASA office (it’s important to remember that complainants who come to our offices to lodge a complaint will still be required to put their complaint in writing)
