Greedy corporate with no communication

Very bad service My network has been down for more than 24 hours now, I have not received 1 call or a message from Rain.

I am working from home and we need to give feedback on when my internet will be back, but I can't cause my internet service provider is very bad with communication or after sales service. They dont even automatically deduct for days that the service was unavailable, we still have to pay in full for a service that I didn't get, it's ****************. They don't even have a proper communication channel on their website or app, instead the cancelation option is easily available. I am waiting for a quotation from a fiber internet service provider and when I cancel I will also not respond when they need their modem.

Rain please stop over selling your 5G package, cause you guys can't deliver
