Great team makes Rain a winner!

The Rain team in Port Elizabeth are amazing…

Liza Ntaka (Manager), Abongile Nongqoza (Sales) and Ayanda Bailey (Technical Division), are to be highly commended for their excellent service and customer communication skills. All of them are associated with the Circular Drive branch of Rain in Port Elizabeth.

In an industry where personal customer service is all but non-existent, these people made it their business and their personal mission to attend to a long-standing issue that I needed resolved, and in the shortest space of time were able to provide me with a workable solution. MTN, Telkom and Vodacom could all take a page from your book when it comes to going the extra mile for their customers. I say this out of personal experience with all three of these providers.

Rain are very privileged to have such a passionate team in their employ. Well done to all of you. Great service, genuine interest, this is the branch to go to. As long as Rain is employing people like yourselves and offering affordable data services in this increasingly competitive industry, I can only see them growing going forward.
