GREAT SUPPORT FROM RAIN INSPITE OF NO 5G

I app**** for the RAIN 5G on 14 October 2020. The RAIN device arrived the very next day on 15 October 2020. The only downside to the whole deal was that the RAIN towers are not strong enough to push out a 5G or 4G signal in the RYNFIELD, Benoni area where I required the installation of the device, so the contract was cancelled on the day that the installation was meant to take place. The other downside to the RAIN package is the installation of the device on the outside of your home by an outside source is VERY EXPENSIVE and there are only TWO installers listed on GOOGLE for Gauteng. The GOOD THING about RAIN is their SUPPORT. This is why I am giving them a 5 STAR rating. WISANE RIKHOTSO from RAIN contacted me on two separate occasions to confirm the REFUND of my initial payment due to the cancellation of the the contract on the day of the installation. The refund took place within ONE WEEK. It is such a PITY that RAIN is NOT focusing on STRONGER TOWERS to guarantee 5G coverage. You cannot go by their 5G coverage map. There are too many factors that interfere with the signal reception! But GREAT SUPPORT! Thank you Wisane!
