Hi I shared the bad service I was receiving from the Rain network, well I am happy to update you thst this 5 rating is for the technician who assisted me, I will call him KG,he was helpful,informative, and polite and not to mention over the week he was assisting me with resolving my problems with Rain network he kept calling yo update me and arranging a suitable time which was not his fault due to conflicting schedules..
