Great service from the Rain consultant - 10/10

Great service from the Rain consultant - 10/10. The courier company CCD couriers not that bright 2/10 for the lady that phone you for delivery arrangements. She thinks she is on top of the world, and her telephone etiquette stinks. She does not listen to a cutomer on delivery instructions, only listening to herself and the rhyme she was taught. She is extremely uninformed or under trained every Question need to be escalated to another department. The delivery drive is an excellent guy with great manners, great skills. 10/10 for him. Rain will do better if they use a different courier company. i waited a week for delivery because the courier company did not allow my wife to accept the parcel. i had to take 2 hours off work to sign for my parcel.
