Great Service from Rain Support Team

Rain Team, Thanks for ALL the help with my SIM card/Rain network connectivity for the past 3 days on *** & *** , I just wanted to let you know that although there have been hiccups with your network but my Router had also stopped responding and needed to be reset. I would like to send an unreserved appreciation to the following personnel Team at Rain, as they persistently made follow ups and made sure that they left NO stone unturned with troubleshooting from their side, which eventually revealed that the associated router also needed attention . I then took my router to the respective Service Provider and they immediately resolved the problem. 1) Dennis Else, 2) Keneilwe Motsamai, 3) Thandeka Precious Motsepe and 4) Puleng Mthethwa.
