I was pleasantly surprised to get a call from the rain again Wayne Kona. on a public holiday, with rain coming under so much fire, I was anxious as my query had to not being resolved for a very long time. and Wayne was very sincere, honest and apologetic, I was ok with the delay after speaking to him and made me understand the backlog. I will definitely be recommending rain. my internet speeds have bein great and even though there was a delay in communication, the online rain portal actually resolved my billing query.
