Great onboarding service, terrible refunds/cancellations.

Fantastic service when it comes to onboarding and delivery. Internet was connected within a day of submitting the order.

Unfortunately, there isn't great coverage where it is supposed to be used and I've been trying for over a month to cancel and get my refund. I've tried continuously by email & through the call center. I've been promised a call back and told that the call has been escalated. I suspect that they will continue to run their deduction for a service that I am not using. This is good service ruined by a poor cancellation process. I do not know what else to do to get any action from Rain.
