Great Customer Support Agent - Terrible Network !

I have been having network issue for the past 48 + hours , called into Rain's Customer support and was assisted by Sabelo Shandu ... Yes I still don't have network and the query has not been resolved but Sabelo was helpful and followed up with me through this whole process . He is really an asset to the customer support team with excellent customer support skills . Hope my query gets resolved soon ! 4 stars for Sabelo !!!
