Great attention and feedback during the selling phase
Great attention and feedback during the selling phase. Router and SIM cards delivered on promised time. However the promised setup assistance and porting of my cell number never materialized. No response to my mail and the app no longer recognizes my mail or password, nor can I reset it. Most disappointing.
