Got a call from Emihle Maqungo when I made an enquiry online

Got a call from Emihle Maqungo when I made an enquiry online. To keep it short, she got the sale and that's clearly all that matters to her. She promised me I'd have the router delivered and installed for free, that she'd send me a link to set up my online portal so I can make changes for the monthly payment. To this day, I have not received that link as urgent as this is. I've made countless calls to the contact centre, made promises which were never fulfilled. Oh and did I mention that they kept sending communication to a number which I don't know where they got it? I called a million times to have that changed. The service from rain altogether is putrid, starting from the first point of contact. I'm beyond disappointed. Do better, rain!
