Good work Rain

Not all is gloom for rain. I decided to give them a four-star rating because of the experience I had with them. All the time I phoned their customer care center, I got help. I had issues with connectivity for a month. I emailed them several times and they responded. They replaced my new indoor router with another new indoor router and while this did not offer a solution to the problem of connective, they send a field agent to further investigate the problem on the ground. The field agent provided me with an outdoor Huawei 5G CPE N3668X router even though I am on a 5G home standard plan. Boom the magic started. My problem was solved. No more issues with connectivity. I AM excited now! Thank you, Rain.
