Good service from taziim

Yesterday my bank blocked my card to make payment for 48 hours. I couldn't use internet. I called rain and one guy put my call on hold for about 20 minute. I disconnected the call and called back after some time than this young gentleman picked up my call.. His voice was so soothing that it calmed my anger and i told him about my issue. His name was Mohammad tazim i forgot my mail password as well so he came with the idea of offline payment. I enjoyed talking with him.. He also called me today to check if my problem is resolved. God bless this young gentleman. Wish him success in future. Note:previous agent were not good please take necessary action on them
