Good Service from Rain.

Give credit where it's due. I ordered rain 5G this morning around 9AM, before 11:30AM the router and sim were delivered and activated, they even called to check if I need any assistance and to explain on how to get best signal and how their billing process works and other stuff.

I had to check something with them, so I went on the web app and posted a ticket/request and they called me within 3 hours and explained properly.

My download speed is impressive, upload speed not so much.

I am happy with the service I have received from rain so far. Please look into improving your upload speeds.

Peace of mind after getting poor service from trying to get fibre up and running by Vodacom.
