So far so good. When i completed the online form i was contacted within minutes. My router was delivered two days later and set up was straightforward and i was up and running within an hour. Except for one call to the customer service centre where i was assisted by a very calm agent. Thanks for not losing your stuff with me! Hopefully no issues with rain.
