Hi, im sorry we made 2 payments to rain on the 28th manually. I got 2 sms's from Rain. Alternatively if one payment did fail can we please make a promise to pay for Monday the 8th when i get my commission for May then please. I work from home and need to check my statement quickly

I apologise, i see one payment was reversed back into my account, i suspect because two went through just after each other. Please can we make a promise to pay for the 8th and restore the access until then. We have now already bought groceries etc. I apologise for the oversight.
