Good service

Hi to Rain I have received my Router and sim card on the 21st of July 2020 but my sim card has not been activated and i need to start work via wifi please assist ASAP

To Rain Internet Service I am sick and tired of writing emails to you guys bad you don't even respond YOUR SERVICE IS PATHETIC!! you stated you will have an agent to call me within 24 to 48 hours and its been 4 days already and still response i am very upset as a customer that you don't take your clients emergency request very important i have been pleading for assistance but you are ghosting me I am paying here i am not asking for credit your agents are home doing nothing what are you paying them from if they are not doing what they get paid for I am really angry i have told you guys that i am having problems making my router work! yes I understand there's problems working cause of the lock down but other network service assist their clients but you guys are too important to work i need my router working in today or else i'm sending it back to your offices and i will request my money back you guys are PATHETIC!
