Good morning The past three months was really hectic with rain network, though I tried to send messages through their website, calling in and emailing but I was not getting any help

I have since made an order with rain on their two SIM card special, is now two months that their courier company called CCD Couriers promised to deliver. The CCD couriers drivers have been reporting lies that they have been in place to deliver the parcel. Until today rain has contacted me to follow up on the order and CCD couriers have kept quiet, I don’t know the status of the order since the beginning of October until now. I tried to go to CCD couriers in fourways to collect but they didn’t find my parcel after Keeping me me for almost an hour. I am totally disappointed with rain and CCD couriers, and the arrogance of CCD couriers consultants is on another level. They don’t care, I told them I waited home the whole day without going to work after they promised to deliver and they didn’t come. After that they scheduled for another day the next week, telling me they can only deliver to me when their drivers are coming to my area if not I will have to wait. That week came, I stayed home waiting nothing happened and When I followed up they would say their drivers came and found no one, which was a lie. I asked if I leave the ID copy and proof of address with my wife will that help? They said no ways I and the one to sign for the parcel, I told them I work on the road and I am in different places in a minute but they refused. So I don’t know what else to do?
