Good morning sir/madam

Good morning sir/madam. I wish to make a complain about my internet connection. It is too slow and besides doesn't work at all most of the times. I ordered for 5G. The 5G has never has access to internet, instead I receive partial internet access from the 2G option. Please I Sincerely need this to be rectified as soon as possible because one cannot work with it at all. Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you
