Good morning, I would like to write a review on Shrunga Gowda She has gone above and beyond assisting with my query and fixed it where many others failed. She is definitely well versed in her product as she knew precisely what I meant by my many questions. She took time to explain everything she was doing and made sure I understood what was going on. She did not rush me as well. The tasteful manner in which Shrunga handled the call is mainly the reason I've decided to give Rain another chance and will be joining again in the future. She deserves recognition for her knowledge and soft skills. It would be better for her to train future agents to be like her.
